Would you count Frank Martin's Petite Symphonie concertante?

BTW, in 1999 I relayed that Naxos was going to release his Harpsichord
Concerto early in 2000 ...which, of course, didn't happen. Now their staff
reports that Martin's (harpsichord-rich) Petite Symphonie has instead been
recorded. The release date has been postponed, and seems to remain
undecided.
