Don't forget Mal Waldron's 'The Quest' and Ron Carter's 'Where?', both
of which have great Dolphy on them.  And no matter how many Brandenburgs
I hear my fave remains the Collegium Aureum set, once on Nonesuch LPs
in the USA, then on Deutsche Harmonia Mundi CDs: my favorite concerto
is the 6th, and no other gets the tempi so exactly right.
