It will be interesting to see how the sound compares between the LPs and
the orginal tapes (used for the Teldec CDs I guess).  I know Teldec were
criticised for some of their remastering of this material.  The 1953
Bayreuth Lohengrin remastering was panned by critic Michael Tanner for
instance.
