I have only one recording featuring the Panocha Quartet and on that they
team up w/ the Smetana Quartet for the Mendelssohn Octet.  Its members
on that recording (Denon 33CO-1129) are:

Jiri Panocha and Pafel Zejfart, violins; Miroslav Sehnoutka, viola; and
Jaroslav Kulhan, cello.
