Speaking of Jascha Horenstein, I'm pleased to announce that the Chief
Records compact disc release of JH conducting Mahler's Symphony #4 is now
available for purchase at my company's web site for $10 plus shipping.  As
many of you know, this 1970 performance was originally released on EMI and
features the London Philharmonic Orchestra with Margaret Price (soprano).
This recording is not otherwise commercially available in the USA and AFAIK
enjoys limited or non-existent distribution internationally.
