Yesterday, I managed to see one Lydia Zilberstein, a DG artist, perform
the Rach3 for the opening concert of the 1999/2000 orchestral season
of our local synphony orchestra.  Needless to say she was sensational,
however, I'm not faced with the task of writing a review of this concert
for a small local independent newspaper.  I know that most of the readers
are not ardent music lovers, so I do need some juicy stats about
Rachmaninoff's concerto.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
