How nice to see recommendations for some oldies but goodies.  I heartily
endorse these 3 conductors' versions.  BTW, Markevitch made a mono version
and then a few years later a stereo version, both for EMI.  Testament
issued a CD with both versions on it.  I have ordered it but it is on back
order or out of stock or something.
