Vainberg was also my find of the year; I also thank Steve for that one.
Vainberg is certainly overlooked by the major record companies.  So is
Tubin.  I remember all the Tubin cds that BIS recorded, read the excellent
reivew, and assumed that the majors would pick up on Tubin in a big way.
Nothing.  If all we had were the major companies to supply us, most
everything would be "mainstream".
