I bought one of the Great Pianists of Odgen playing the Alkan Concerto
for Solo Piano. I remember looking at the other one, but I don't think
they included the recording of him playing his own piano concerto.

Would you know if there has been a CD transfer of that?

Yes, I forgot I do have the CD transfer of Lewenthal playing Alkan.
