A few weeks ago the list was good enough to advise me about starting a
collection of American music. One of the results was An American Tapestry
with the Dallas SO and Andrew Litton on Dorian. It includes Three Places
in New England, the Schumann New England Triptych, Alan Hovhannes 2nd
symphony and the ballet suite The Incredible Flautist by Walter Piston.
A wonderful value disc for an American learner. It was all new to me
and I have enjoyed every moment.
