I wrote to Hyperion last night about the Tower situation because of their
message at their home page..  I had ordered the Hamelin Alkan Symphonie
from the Tower web site and was concerned about maybe not getting the CD.

I got the following answer from Mike Spring of Hyperion:

   "The Tower web site is run as a separate company and is unaffected
   by the current buying freeze.  You will receive your disc!"

I'm sure that many of you will be glad to know about this.
