Oh, there's outcry.  But who listens? I've been getting pledge forms from
my NPR station for years.  I write back a nice note telling them why I'm
not sending them any money and why I no longer listen.  The station sends
me another pledge form.  I've taken to sending them the same letter with
each form I get.
