Well said.  The more you learn the music by yourself mentally putting it
together, taking it apart, etc.  the better you'll know it.  It may take
more time, but in music like everything else, there is no quick fix.  You
may as well do you're best first time through so you aren't struggling
later.  Kinda like school...
