4.98 would have been a dollar below Naxos' initial list price of 5.99.
The standard list price is 7.99, which gives the vendor a 45% margin
over Naxos' wholesale price. So in the years that Naxos has been in
business they have gone up two bucks. Not too shabby considering what
you get for your money.
