Etienne Solere, according to the RED Classical Catalogue, lived from
1753-1817.  He is probably French, though the guide does not say.  In the
guide, there is only one piece:  Sinfonie Concertante in F for 2 Clarinets
and Orchestra--Published 1790.  It is on Hyperion 22017 (seems to be a
2-disc set).  Hope this helps, and I would love to know more about him
if anyone has more of an idea than I do.
