It was available in France on a the Decca Couronne series (2 CD's for
the price of one featuring Backaus-Bohm playing Brahms' concertos, Bohm
conducting Bruckner's 3rd and 4th, Kubelik in his 1958 My Country recording
among other gems). I borrowed the Kertesz recording to one of my friends
living in France about 10 years ago. I'm pretty sure that specific
collection has been deleted but Decca has collections available only in
France. I remind having read an article about 3 or 4 months ago in the
magazine Repertoire about a brand new series featuring the 1957 Brahms
3rd with Kubelik/VPO one of the best ever recorded. Maybe the
Kertesz-VPO-Dvorak are available in this reissues collection.
