Composer Stanislaw Skrowaczewski introduces a left-hand concerto to
the piano repertoire this spring.  Titled Concerto Niccolo, it will be
premiered by the the Symphony Orchestra of the Curtis Institute (February)
and the Minnesota Orchestra (March).  The composer, conductor laureate
of the Minnesota Orchestra, conducts at both concerts, with pianist Gary
Graffman.

The concerto will be recorded by Skrowaczewski, Graffman and the Minnesota
Orchestra for commercial release.
