As far as I'm concerned, nothing, except that they're on NPR radio when
they could very well be syndicated to commercial stations.

On the other hand, why not lobby your station?  Tell them of your
disatisfaction with their programming.  That's what I do whenever local
NPR station asks me for money, and my station is probably not nearly as
bland as yours.

"Innocuous Vivaldi?" Vivaldi's one of the most imaginative composers
ever to put notes to staff.  So there.
