I have several favorite Nielsen recordings, but of individual symphonies
only.

Horenstein: 5
Markevitch: 4
Martinon: 4
Gould: 2
Bernstein: 3, 5

and two favorite broadcast performances
Munch: 5
Leinsdorf: 6
Lane: 3

and of more than just the historic interest
Tuxen: 1,5
Grondahl: 2
Jensen: 3,4,6
