Sure.  I didn't realize this at the time I wrote the review, but apparently
the copyright issue creates problems for buying the CD.  A New Zealand
company, Concordance, publishes the score and has released the CD.  The
Great God Google lists the following URL:

The price is listed in New Zealand dollars, but there's a currency
converter.  Also, from here you can get to reviews and other stuff about
