BTW, the more I listen to Mussy's orginal Night on Bald mountain, the
more I'm impressed with it.  It's not what you would call "tightly argued"
in a musical sense; It reminds me of Berlioz in the way that there are
long spans of just the most inspired and imaginative writing, linked
together rather awkwardly and sometimes jarringly, IMHO.  But I'll take
it as it is!
