adding to my original message, I got a notice from the BIS man himself
(Robert von Bahr), saying that this release is taken from a concert Madge
did in Chicago in 1983 (that is what he wrote), and that Madge was much
more saticefied with it (both as performance and sound wise) than the one
recorded in Holland released on LP.
