You should check out the 6 Sonatas op.  3 by the French composer
Jean-Joseph Cassanea de Mondonville (1711-1772).  His opus 3 - "Pieces de
Clavecin en Sonates avec Accompagnement de Violon" - date from about 1734
and are the very first sonatas for keyboard and violin in France.  By the
way, there is a recording of the whole collection by Gustav Leonhardt and
Lars Fryden on Teldec.
