I was very pleased to see that Simpson's Symphony No 11, coupled with
his Variations on a Theme of Nielsen, is scheduled for August release
on Hyperion CDA67500.  I assumed Vernon Handley would conduct, but one
Matthew Taylor is conducting the City of London Sinfonia.  The name was
