Yes, I second that recommendation.  But if waiting for a couple of years
to hear all of Sibelius' symphonies is not your cup of tea, then I would
suggest Berglund/Helsinki PO' 1988 (?) cycle in the EMI Forte series (4 CDs
at budget price).  Of course, once you've started, you might want to go for
Davis/BSO - also on budget series - Philips Duo - 4 CDs.
