To be more exact, such a rule only applies to noun + adjective, but it does
not applies to adverb + adjective.  That is, there is no difference saying
*forte subito* or *subito forte*.  To be fussy, extremely fussy indeed,
*subito forte* sounds better, but again this is not the case here, since
the two words are not part of a flowing sentence.
