Not me, chief.  That was Roberto.  I have no clue as to what art (by
implication, great art) is.  I can tell only what I enjoy and why.

And there lies the rub.  I can't think of an institution considered
authoritative in matters of art.  The closest I can come is the French
Academy, and that's a bad joke.
