As of this evening, 12/28/2000 7:00 pm EST, the book was still listed as
available at Turnpike Books.  Even if it has been snapped up before they
could take it off the database, I believe used books have a way of popping
in and out of availability, unlike new copies of books that are out of
print.  Also, I believe there are other web sites for used books besides
bibliofind.com
