Glazunov Institute and Archives

I understand that, after Glazunov's remains were reinterred in Leningrad
in 1972, a Glazunov Institute was established in Munich and an Archive
in Paris.  Web searches have not helped me to locate either.

Does any knowledgeable Lister have address and contact details for either
or both? Any information will be much appreciated.
