If you go to www.cpo.de, as Dave says, this take you to the JPC home page.
However, there's a button along the top titled "CPO".  If you click on this
button, this displays the most recent CPO releases in chronological order
(at least as JPC likes to present them).  The CPO new release page is
updated once or twice a month.  Unfortunately, none of the JPC releases
included the labels catalog numbers.  Rather, only JPC catalog numbers are
provided, and of course, you can order the releases from JPC.  Now I know
what a captive audience is...
