Did he play Mozart's 39 at this concert? I was struck by his use of the
luftpause in the first phrase of the last movement (a feature that is amply
displayed in his recording with the Padova Orchestra on ARTS), and I'm not
sure if he meant it as a humorous touch.  Certainly not for purists, but
very little was conventional about Peter Maag.
