I heard a story about St. Louis Symphony's playing some work where several
players were instructed to play whatever they wanted to.  One violinist
struck up "Turkey in the Straw" and was severely reprimanded.

Campbell's Soup would probably sue you for infringing their slogan with "MM
MM Not Good." Otherwise I'd be likely to by stock in your idea.
