Welcome aboard Jeff.  I don't know if we are more knowledgeable, but we are
certain to be more opinionated!  =).  My favorite recordings are the the
later Callas recording, and the wonderful old Bjorling/Milanov/Warren
recording on RCA.  These are both splendid.
