Tilson Thomas and the Symphony will launch a major multimedia project
to help modern audiences better understand classical music".

So begins an article about telecasts on "Great Performances".  beginning
next spring.  There will also be a Web site and DVDs.

The Symphony is working with Minnesota Public Radio to develop a radio
series, too.
