I've talked with Ralf by e-mail and he is now busy for a bit so I'll
respond to the group with the info I have so far.

For the English page, go to:

Choose "Offers" (at the left) The first item is the boxed set.  Curiously,
while it's 599.95DM, which translates today to about $275 USD, the English
page shows $235 USD for this (!) The shipping to U.S.  is only $17 in
addition to that $235, so the total USD cost is $252.

That MAY be a mistake.  It should, by currency exchange standards today, be
$275 + $21 - but maybe they charge less to the U.S.??? Doesn't sound right.
But even $296 is a bargain, since Berkshire's has been $398 + $25, or $423
total.
