This appeared on a MusicMasters Classics CD 01612-67140-2 (I got mine
through BMG), with Marin Alsop leading the Concordia Orchestra.  I reviewed
this on the ClassicalNet web site.

This appeared in piano version only on an old Musical Heritage Society LP,
MHS 4888W, played by the late, great William Albright.

Never heard of this one.
