The biggest Bach organ hit is the Toccata & Fugue in d, BWV 565.  If I were
starting out with Bach organ works, I'd go for the Das Orgelbuchlein, BWV
599-644.  They're great pieces and provide a little snapshot of what you'll
be getting if you acquire more Bach organ recordings.  My favorite Das
Orgelbuchlein is from Preston on DG.
