Mats Norrman asks, re an organ symphony of Marcel Dupre:

The Saint-Saens 3rd is an orchestral symphony with a prominent part for
organ.  I do not know the Dupre work, but I would guess it is more like the
organ symphonies of Widor and Vierne, both of whom I believe predate Dupre.
