I forgot to post my response to your original message.  I own a recording
of this work -- well, *works* actually -- performed chiefly by Igor Kipnis
found on the Nonesuch label (79020-2).  It's two CD's worth of music, so I
can't hazard a guess as to whether it contains the complete music from the
Notebook or only most of it.
