Wes Crone asks:

>how does one go about organizing naturally occurring sounds? How does one
>turn the "chaos of the day" into "organized music"?

This is not fundamentally different from what a photographer does.
One "organizes" these naturally occurring phenomena by isolating them
conceptually in some way, for example, by calling attention to them in a
concert setting, or taking them out of context as a photograph, or, in the
case of DuChamp's toilet seat, hanging it on a gallery wall.
