I think I'm about to make the problem worse:

Geoffrey Douglas Madge also recorded Busoni's transcriptions (for the Dante
label) of Bach's chorale preludes and he also included just nine. However:

1) He did not include BWV 617 (Herr Gott, nun Schleuss den Himmel auf),

2) BWV 637 and BWV 705 are separate. Although both are "Durch Adams Fall
ist ganz verderbt," BWV 637 is from the Organ Preludes whereas 705 is not.
Grove lists the attribution of 705 as "doubtful," which would indicate that
it's substantially different from 637.

3) Madge uses BWV 667 (not Spada's BWV 631) for Komm, Gott, Schopfer,
Heiliger Geist. That composition is from the 17(18) Leipzig chorales,
written 1708-1717, but revised as collection in the 1740s. BWV 631 does
have the same title, but is from Das Orgelbuchlein, which was written c.
1713-17.

4) Grove doesn't list the chorale preludes individually in the Busoni
entry. Now I understand why.

The best I can piece together:

 1) BWV 667 from the 18 Leipzig Chorale Preludes
 2) BWV 645 from the 6 Schubler Chorale Preludes
 3) BWV 659 from the 18 Leipzig Chorale Preludes
 4) BWV 734 from?
 5) BWV 639 from Das Orgelbuchlein
 6) BWV 617 from Das Orgelbuchlein
 7) BWV 637 from Das Orgelbuchlein
 8) BWV 705 from the Kirnberger collection?
 9) BWV 615 from Das Orgelbuchlein
10) BWV 665 from the 18 Leipzig Chorale Preludes
