Erato issued a 10-CD boxed set shortly after his death, but it was
nothing like complete.

Webern, of course, is easy; his entire published output fit onto 3 LPs
and the unpublished works comprise a similar amount. So 5-6 CDs could
easily contain every note he wrote.

Varese wasn't exactly the world's most prolific composer either,
Messiaen wrote a good deal more than either AFAIK.
