The lineup, at least as of circa 1984/5 when they recorded a disc of
Reicha's clarinet quintet and horn quintet for Supraphon is:

      Violin  PANOCHA, Jiri
      Violin  ZEJFART, Pavel
      Viola   SEHNOUTKA, Miloslav
      Cello   KULHAN, Jaroslav

Perhaps someone else has more recent info.
