Measure 66 is Missing

I recently purchased the new recording of the Chopin etudes op. 10 &
25 with Murray Perahia.  The playing is spectacular, with a flawless
technique.  However, measure 66 from the "Winter Wind" Etude (opus 25/11
in a minor) is missing!  I wonder how that happened.  Does anyone know
how this is allowed to occur?
