Yeah.  I used to listen to live Boston Symphony concerts on a 30 year old
AM radio (and this was in the 60's).  And I greatly enjoyed it.  It got
better when I made an FM Heathkit, and I wouldn't want to go back the that
old AM radio, but I had many very enjoyable concerts.
