Yost is a composer who lived from 1754-1786.  According to Schwann Opus,
he composed his work with Johann Christoph Vogel (1756-1788).  Apparantly,
he wrote at least eleven Concertos for clarinet & orchestra.  I'm not sure
where he is from.

His recordings are on only one disc.  MD & G 3010718.  It has Dieter
Klocker playing the Clarinet with the Prague Chamber Orchestra.
