In general, an excellent source of Bruckner's discography is Lani Spahr's
regularly updated web page at:

According to the page, there is a single recording of Bohm and B5 from
1937 on CD (iron Needle, Grammofono, EMI, other re-releases).  Although
I haven't heard any of these, I doubt if it would satisfy your need for
decent stereo sound - which I whole-heartedly share with you.
