I found this set listed at Crotchet, www.crotchet.co.uk, an online
outlet based in Birmingham with which I have no affiliation other than
as a very satisfied customer.  The number is 4752332; it was released
in October 2003.  It costs about 10GBP plus postage.  Assuming the details
at the site are accurate, it contains only sixteen bassoon concertos: I
counted twice to be sure!
