Yes, Maria Theresia von Paradis (1759-1824) composed a Siciliana in the
early 1800's.  She was blind from about her 13th year on.  She apparently
was an exceptional pianist with an amazing memory.

Her Siciliana, although quite lovely, is far from being a baroque piece.
