There are a couple of considerations:

First, your comprehension of Classical Music is so far ahead of hers,
that you constantly run the risk of overwhelming her.  Second, her husband
will be a damper on her classical music explorations should he be openly
non-supportive.  I would give her the call sign and frequency of the
nearest classical music station and tell her to feel free to ask questions
whenever she wants.  Other than that, let her be.  Let her discover and
explore on her own.
